Social Development International (SDI) has entered the GlobalGiving global open challenge from 18 August 2009 to 18 September 2009. We aim to raise US$ 4,000 from 50 different donors in 30 days, for a community in Cameroon. If this is achieved we can win a permanent spot on the GlobalGiving website, which is linked with Ebay, Expedia, AOL, Paypal and other key global sites. There is also a prize for the charity that raises the most funds in 30 days.

US$ 4,000 will help provide Medical Care, Micro-credit for Small Business Start-ups, Basic Professional Education, Leadership & Advocacy Training, and Preventative Health Education and give life skills to teen mothers.
